Tristar Communities Inc. is pursuing the development of the neighbourhood of Tillotson situated in West Okotoks. The Tillotson Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) is a statutory plan that will guide the development of approximately 159 acres of land.
At full build-out, anticipated to take place over a 10- to 15-year period, the Tillotson NASP plan area will form a new neighbourhood containing a large environmental reserve, a range of housing types and forms, an interconnected open space network and a Neighbourhood Hubs that will meet the needs of existing and future residents.
